In 1 month from now, you will get the result of biopsies and you will have to propose a therapy

It seems to be a mycosis as I have seen many like that especially in north africa

I don t agree that it is a filler because fillers like some acrylats can lead to necrosis which are never isolated .
I do think that it could be or a mycosis or a tumor. I lean much more for a mycosis
